1st Class Medical - $ 175
2nd Class Medical - $ 150
3rd Class Medical - $ 125
Conditions Requiring Special Issuance - $ 25 for review and forwarding to FAA; $75 for current status report or written narrative covering outside medical records.
AME Consultation - $125/hour: the consultation will include a face to face sit-down to review your case and FAA procedures for your particular medical circumstance(s), as well as discussion with the physician(s) involved in your care and finally the formulation of a plan-of-action to maximize a successful outcome.
Canceling an appointment - We require 24-hour notice to cancel and/or reschedule an exam. Exams canceled without 24 hour advance notice will not be rescheduled and may be subject to a no show fee.
Deferment to the FAA - In the event that an applicant does not meet the medical criteria at the time of the exam, the application could be deferred to the FAA for further evaluation. If this becomes necessary then we will function as your advocate. Additional services provided by the examiner (i.e. letters, medical research, chart analysis) may be billable at an hourly rate.
Please note that this visit is not considered a therapeutic visit or an evaluation visit for a medical condition. Tests requested under the requirements of the airman certificate are not covered under the scope of general medical services. Please understand that we are not treating you for medical conditions at this exam.
